Winter has a special flavor. The vineyard dresses in a beautiful white coat and seems to be asleep. Your blanket and hot chocolate comfort you during this magical time.
However, we have an even more comforting program for you!
Imagine a winter day spent with us, savoring, meeting, discovering, and enjoying only good things. Sounds dreamy, right? Well, it’s possible!
Yes, we are pleased to invite you to our winter open house on December 2nd and 3rd from 10 AM to 6 PM!
The winery: a warm place!

Come take refuge in the vineyard, close to our barrels, to enjoy a moment shared between history and passion. We will be delighted to give you a little guided tour that promises to be warm, friendly, and accessible to all.
Tours will take place throughout the day, without interruption and free of charge!
Santa Claus is generous this year!
There’s nothing like a good wine to warm you up!
The visits will, of course, conclude with a tasting of our different wines, sure to delight your taste buds!
Want to jump straight to the indulgence? No problem! You can skip the meal and head directly to dessert by tasting our wines without a tour.
Santa’s elves have worked hard this year as they offer you the chance to savor this gift throughout the day.

But all this is bound to make you hungry, right?

Our favorite rugby players from the Les Arruanais de Saint-Médard d’Eyrans team invite you to join them for a good grilled beef steak and fries!
Who said rugby players can’t be great cooks?
Santa’s reindeer recommend that you reserve in advance to ensure we provide you with a service worthy of the name!
Meal (starter + beef steak + fries): €15
Plate of fries: €5
→ Reservations at accueil@savigneux.com or at 05.56.77.54.37
The magic never stops…
This year again, we are pleased to be joined by two guests to satisfy all your pleasures!

Let’s start with some good local charcuterie for the Christmas aperitif. Don’t hesitate to meet Maison Gauthier, who will share their expertise and leave your guests delighted.
Don’t miss the chance to meet Ferme Berthanoun and taste their delicious AOP cheeses (the little elves whispered in my ear that this is Santa’s guilty pleasure).

Our third guest is none other than Ruchers De La Bassanne! The name ring a bell? It should, as we have been working with them for some time to produce the honey from Château Bastian. This team of beekeepers now produces a wide variety of organic honey. So if, like the big guy, you have a sweet tooth, come meet them quickly (tried and approved)!
To finish, a touch of color with Santa’s favorite: red! Yes, red, but not just that! At Jardins de Tomates, you’ll find tomatoes of all colors. This association boasts 500 different varieties of tomatoes. And like little Christmas elves, the members are generous: the fees collected allow you to receive seeds to plant in your garden or even plants directly. But that’s not all: the contributions help organize educational workshops for school groups and provide donations for underprivileged individuals.

But who said gifts were just for adults?
When we say Christmas, we mean children! We have a surprise for the little ones! A giant inflatable structure will be set up for the joy of our little budding winemakers!

Between the magic of winter, the discovery of vineyards, warm tastings, and meetings with our passionate team, this open house will leave you with plenty of wonderful memories!
Château d’Eyran can’t wait to welcome you to the winery for a friendly moment that we hope will be unforgettable!
