1. First step: why?

2. Second step: where?
Choosing the venue involves several factors to consider.

The estate is located just 20 minutes from Bordeaux by car and 2 hours from Toulouse. Our parking lot can accommodate up to 80 vehicles. Public transport? Not a problem! The Saint-Médard-d’Eyrans train station is close by, linking us to Saint-Jean station on one side and Agen on the other. So even if you’re coming from Paris, it’ll take less than two and a half hours—just enough time for a quick nap!
3. Third step: what?
Okay, I’m ready to hold a seminar? Not quite yet; now you need to think about the organization!
a. The layout
It’s important to consider how to arrange the space. Several questions arise:
- Do you want a U-shape arrangement with tables and chairs? Or an amphitheater setup?
- One space or several separate ones?

Come empty-handed; you only need to drop off your bags! We offer a 110m² room with a view of the vines, fully privatized for your tranquility, complete with all necessary equipment (chairs, tables, projector, speakers, microphones…) and a layout to suit your needs.
b. The meal
It’s well-known that a successful day often includes a successful meal. Here too, several options are possible:

- Eating on-site
- A cocktail format to encourage mingling
